Mykah DeRose

Mykah (they/he) is a trans person and is a second generation Southern Italian settler, living on the unceded lands of the Wurundjeri people of the Kulin Nation.

Mykah completed a Masters of Psychotherapy and Counselling at Cairnmillar Institute and a Specialised Integrative Couple Therapy training at Relationships Australia Victoria. Mykah is registered with the Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia (PACFA).

For over a decade, they have been facilitating private and public workshops with a focus on community-based trauma-informed somatics. Mykah has worked for over 4 years as a Psychotherapist at a Naarm based addiction hospital, specialising in individual, and community care.

Mykah currently works in their private practice with individuals, couples, relationships and groups.
